Refund Policy

1. Introduction At Fortifyx Engineering Pte Ltd., we strive to provide All Type of Aircon Related Service, Handy services & Security Surveillance Services, . We value customer satisfaction and aim to address refund requests in a fair and transparent manner. This Service Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a scheduled service was not provided due to issues on our end, and rescheduling is not an acceptable solution.

  • Defective Installation or Equipment: If a service or product provided by Fortifyx is found to be defective and we are unable to rectify the issue.

  • Overpayment: If you have been charged more than the agreed amount, the excess amount will be refunded.

  • Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel a service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for changes in preference after a service has been delivered as agreed.

  • Customer Negligence: Issues arising from improper use, handling, or maintenance by the customer.

  • Third-Party Interference: Problems caused by services or products from third-party vendors not affiliated with Fortifyx.

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you cancel a service less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.


4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: To initiate a refund, submit a written request to contact@fortifyx.com.sg with the following details:

    • Your name and contact information.

    • Invoice or receipt number.

    • Reason for the refund request.

    • Supporting documentation (if applicable).

  • Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

  • Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Deduct Processing Fee: 20% will Deduct for Refund Processing Fee.
