• Total liability is limited to the value of the contract under dispute.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the conditions outlined in the specific contract.

• Upon termination, you are responsible for paying all outstanding balances for completed work or delivered products.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business.

8. Force Majeure Fortifyx will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.

9. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as per local jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of this jurisdiction.

11. Amendments Fortifyx reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any changes will be communicated in writing or published on our official website.
